PBCom Tower is located on Ayala Ave in Makati's central business district (CBD).  PBCom Tower holds the record for being the tallest building in the Philippines. As of 2008, it is 98^th in the world. This 52 storey high building has an 8 level radio tower. The building was a joint development project of Filinvest Asia Corporation (FAC) and the Philippine Bank of Communications. PBCom is one of the oldest banks in the country. The whole building was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP. The exterior is double glazed that created curtain walls reflecting a fusion of art and function. The interiors are mixed with glass, stones and metal.
