With vacancies at 3.7% of total stock through the launch of the IBP Tower in 2017, net take-up sits at just 2,7000  sq m compared to the new supply of 20,400 sq m.

Rental growth, on the other hand, was quicker than average at 3.4% YoY despite the upsurge in vacancies. Due to quicker rental growth, the mean rental rate increased to Php 668.8 per  sq m / month.
