The following options for usage of Office services via Seat lease:

  • Up to 115 Seats available including, 78 Seat Call Center, 5 seat admin/ IT Personal, 13 seat Training room, 19 other seats
  • Usage of 2mb lease line grade internet services. (Scalable)
  • Back up internet service PLDT Business Grade approx 3.5mb down/ 800kb up
  • Agent Desks/Chairs
  • Usage of Training room (13 seats) with all amenities with available internet and telephony. (To be booked 24 hrs in advance) Training Room can run Computers and Telephones in a supervised environment
  • Cleaning and office maintaince
  • Usage of Company Servers for file storage, FTP file transfer, other usage available. (Major Bandwidth consumption only to be used outside Telephone dialing times)
  • Setup and usage of Trixbox (Asterisk PBX technology), for incoming calls with IVR, voicemails, extentions and groups, recordings available with world wide connectivity
  • Can offer some of the highest quality Voip calls available including direct connect to Australia with redundicy 2nd services (Chargable).

  • Windows and Office installed on PC's
  • Staff Water consumption (Within realistic level's)

  • Free phone links between our office and Australia office
  • Mounted 40" LCD TV for staff training via Laptop computer (Powerpoint, Video, Etc). This TV also has DVD Player hooked to it with 4 speakers around the call centre. (Restricted hours for this service)
  • Restrictions of Internet usage includes download of Torrents or major files during Agent dialing time.
  • Directly across the road from Robinson Galleria Shopping Centre which is a major transport centre for Call Centre employees of Ortigas, This in itself makes available future Recruitment much easier

Pricing

  • $150 USD Per Calendar Month, Based on internal Infrastructure only (Based on 9 hr day, 5 day week)
  • Extention Hours past time zone charged at 90c USD per hour
  • Add $25 per month per agent for Predictive dialer
  • Setup time from your initial deposit is 24 to 48 hrs (based on product availability)
  • Required commitment. 1 mth deposit and 1 month advance, Month to Month Contract. 1 month notice required if leaving centre. Future Months paid on 1steach month
  • Approx Rates of Australia Landline 2.3c per min with 1 sec billing, Australia Mobile 14.4c per min with 1 sec billing. Prices in AUD

Other Options:

  • Share costs in recruitment if required
  • Share costs in Payroll solutions if required
  • Voip Providers and can offer 1.29c USD per min with 1 sec billing to all traffic to USA and Canada. This is direct Australian link with approx ping rate to USA at 180ms. Is one of the best quality available for a major reduction in costs
  • Because of Agent abuse, headsets are not supplied on start up, however they can sell directly to you for approx 270 PHP (Base Unit) to 3000 php (USB Plantronics or Logitec Model)
  • Other costs if outside base infrastructure requirements
